How much space is that, really?
Every size measured against something you already own. Current prices and what's available today live on our rental portal so they're never out of date.

A small bedroom
A studio or dorm's worth — bed, dresser, boxes and a bike or two.
10×10
Medium · 100 sq ft
One bedroom of furnishings
A one-bedroom apartment, major appliances, bikes, boxed kitchen.
10×15
Large · 150 sq ft
A one-bedroom apartment
Furniture, appliances and boxes from a small home, plus a mower.
10×20
Extra Large · 200 sq ft
A one-car garage
A full 2–3 bedroom home, or a vehicle plus boxes.
10×25
Largest · 250 sq ft
A deep one-car garage
A 3–4 bedroom home, or a vehicle with room left over. Opens at both ends with two roll doors, so it takes two locks.
Between two sizes? Go up. The cost of a slightly larger unit is almost always less than the cost of a second trip — and you'll want a walkway down the middle.
Climate controlled
Does your stuff need climate control?
A closed metal unit in Montgomery County can run well above the outside temperature on an August afternoon, and the humidity swings with every storm. That's fine for a lawn mower. It's not fine for a leather sofa.
Our climate-controlled units are interior spaces held in a managed temperature range year-round, which keeps humidity from cycling the way it does in an uninsulated unit.
Not sure which way to go? Call and describe what you're storing — we'll tell you honestly if you don't need it.

What comes with the door
Drive right up
Ground-floor units with roll-up doors. Back the truck to the door and unload straight off the tailgate — no elevators, no corridors, no waiting on a cart.
Your own gate code
A keypad code issued at move-in, active 24 hours a day. Come at six in the morning before work or after the lake on a Sunday.
Cameras and people
Digital video surveillance across the property, plus staff on site during office hours who actually walk the rows.
Swept, dry and checked
Every unit is cleaned and inspected before it's rented. What you see on move-in day is what you signed for.
