Vehicle storage
RV & boat storage in Magnolia, TX
Open, covered and fully enclosed spaces for RVs, boats, trailers and work vehicles — with lanes wide enough to actually back a fifth wheel into, and a dump station on site so you can leave clean.
Three ways to park it
Open, covered or fully enclosed
The right choice usually comes down to how often you use it and what the sun does to it. Here's the honest version of each.
01 — Open
Open parking
A marked, gravel-firm space inside the gate. The value option, and plenty for a trailer, a work truck or a boat you launch most weekends.
Check availability →02 — Covered
Covered spaces
A roof over the rig. Keeps the worst of the Texas sun off gelcoat, seals, tires and awnings — the things UV quietly destroys over a summer.
Check availability →03 — Enclosed
Enclosed drive-up
A fully enclosed unit with its own door. Out of the weather, out of sight, and the closest thing to keeping it in a garage you don't have.
Check availability →Enclosed and covered spaces are the first to go and often run a waiting list. Call and we'll tell you where things stand this week.
Space sizes
Will it fit?
Measure your rig bumper to bumper, then add a couple of feet — hitches, ladders, swing-away carriers and A-frames all count.
12.5×30
Up to 30 ft
Boats, small travel trailers
Bass and bay boats on trailers, pop-ups, teardrops, utility trailers, a truck and trailer combination.
12.5×35
Up to 35 ft
Mid-size travel trailers
Most bunkhouse travel trailers, larger center consoles, car haulers and enclosed cargo trailers.
12.5×40
Up to 40 ft
Fifth wheels and Class A
Full-size fifth wheels, Class A motorhomes, big offshore boats on tandem trailers.

Built for things with wheels
Dump station on site
Empty the tanks before you park it, without a detour to a truck stop on the way home from the lake. Available to tenants.
Lanes you can turn in
Wide drive lanes and room to swing. Backing a 38-foot fifth wheel into a space at dusk is hard enough without a tight aisle.
24-hour gate access
Your own keypad code. Leave at 4am for a fishing trip and come back Sunday night — the gate doesn't care what time it is.
Watched, not just fenced
Digital video surveillance across the lot plus staff on site during office hours. A gate code and a camera beat a driveway and a tarp.
Why store it here
Because the HOA asked nicely
Most of the neighborhoods around Magnolia, Pinehurst and Tomball won't let a boat or an RV sit in the driveway for long. The usual alternatives are a friend's back lot or a spot behind a fence forty minutes away.
We're minutes from FM 1488 with a gate code that works around the clock — close enough that hitching up isn't a whole morning, and gated enough that it isn't sitting on the street.
Serving Magnolia, Pinehurst, Tomball, Montgomery County.

What people with rigs say
-
Excellent experience. Nice facility, including a motorhome dump station. Side benefit is supporting a local independent business.
